Recruitment consultancy is a dynamic sales role covering the whole recruitment lifecycle - from developing new business by making an initial sales call, consulting clients on their recruitment needs and sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates on their career aspirations and ultimately finding the right person for the right role.
