Working Time Regulations
The following is an outline of some of your rights under the Working Time Regulations
and how they affect you as a temporary worker for Spring Personnel.
- A maximum of 48 hours per week including overtime unless you agree in writing to
work longer hours.
- A rest break of at least 20 minutes after working six consecutive hours.
- If you are under 18-years of ages, your rest break is a minimum of 30 minutes after
working four and a half consecutive hours.
- Special conditions relate to people who are classed as night workers.
